The reservations are for following full periods.
reservation must be for any above full period either the full year or for full semesters. Students can form groups to reserve whole flat for whole semester listing in the reservation all names of future resident students...For such complete apartment group reservations for 4 -6 persons will be offered discount group 2,5%
students that do not have group can register individually expressing in e mail their companion preferences /nationality, gender or study subject/. We will then reply sending you possible contacts that you will be able speak to and agree sharing any of the apartments. This takes some time but produces truly international mix that was the purpose of EU erasmus programme. Summer period July and August are usually reserved for tourist visits unless students specifically wish to stay such as intership students trainees.
There is no agency commission since you deal with the owner directly. To prevent scam fraud you will not pay deposit untill inspecting the existing premises on arrival. At this residence is available 84 private rooms.
Žitna 4 building consist of two buildings. The rear building was since 15th century iron smith workshop with drive in courtyard for vagons and horses and stone basement later with 3 storey of apartments for the city agricultural supply market at .Charles square, Later in 1886 was the court yard overbuilt with 5 storey building. .
City Transport services are at this junction absolutely amazing - 3min distant is metro B -yellow– Karlovo náměsti / Charles square. There is tram: stations for lines 3, 4, 6, 10, 16, 18, 22, 24 and night trams: 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 and bus lines: 291, 504, 505, 510, 511, 552. On foot it is 5 minutes to Venceslas square (metro A).
THE DEPOSIT IS EQUAL TO TWO MONTHS' RENT, required before or on arrival in cash euro to be refunded on departure.. - . .
HOUSE RULES:
1- Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice .
2- Night peace time is from 22,00 every night, We are bound to respect noice limits of citizens living in neigbouring buildings.
3 - at the end of contract the student will clean the room. , there will not be glued pictures on the white walls. permissible is only sellotape not chewing gum. penalty charge for repair of destroyed wall and dirty room will be kr 2000- for final cleaning service .
.4 Occasional overnight visits of friend or family must be permitted prior arrival with manager and also discussed and tolerated by other apartment present residents. For additional persons in the room an extra charge applies of 200 kr per each day/person
