Booking Conditions – we provide a full semester individual contract; - Required is MINIMUM STAY of 150 DAYS; the reservations can begin at the latest on the 1st of September for the period until the end of January or on the first of February for the period until the end of June. If you are planning to stay until these end dates, the start date is flexible, as long as the period is longer than 135 days or 4.5 months, rooms and flats are priced for 1 person each, for extra person need be added services for CZK 3700 (per user) for (water and sewage charges, collection of household waste, cleaning of common premises, electricity }
- THE DEPOSIT IS EQUAL TO TWO MONTHS' RENT, required before or on arrival in cash euro to be refunded on departure.. -
If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. House rules: - Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice. For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied.of kr 200/night -
A 2,000 czk fee for final cleaning service and bed linen is charged by the host at the departure.
