About the Apartment

Recently rebuilt 5-bedroom apartment with a kitchen/living room and two full bathrooms, each with shower, sink, mirror, and toilet — the same layout as the second-floor flat Z22. Bedrooms 1–3 are fitted with an elevated double bed, single divan with under-bed storage, writing desk, and wardrobe. There is an additional small room beside the entrance, formerly used as a servant's quarters, now serving as a convenient storage space. This flat was originally two separate flats, hence the extra kitchen in bedroom Z323, which can be used either as wardrobe space or as a separate cooking facility.

All prices are inclusive of internet, water and waste charges, electricity, gas, and maintenance services. Pets are not permitted.
