About the Apartment
A large 145 m² apartment comprising 6 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, 4 showers, and 3 toilets, located in a very central city location. Two of the larger bedrooms can accommodate two persons sharing; the remaining 4 rooms are private for one student each. All rooms have double beds on an elevated level plus divans, writing desks, and wardrobes. All prices are inclusive of electricity, internet, and Wi-Fi.
The floor plan shows the apartment layout at ground level; photos show the overhead bedroom spaces above. All elevated double beds are positioned above head height in each bedroom. Some beds in the larger rooms are also at floor level, all with internal storage. In case of a second person in rooms 1 or 6, a surcharge of CZK 3,700/month applies; both names must be registered on the reservation list.
